3. Free Shipping:

  • We provide free standard shipping on orders over $350, excluding express delivery.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • The shipping cost for your order depends on the selected shipping method, destination, and the total order value (if applicable). The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 working days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 days Australia wide.

6. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only offer shipping within Australia and NewZealand
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address for your order.

8. Returns on Orders Above $350:

  • For orders above $350 that did not include express delivery, we offer a return policy that covers eligible returns.
  • To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in its original condition and adheres to our return policy guidelines. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

9. Express Delivery Returns:

  • Express delivery charges are non-refundable in most cases, except in situations where the delivery service did not meet the guaranteed delivery time provided at the time of purchase.
